Municipal Lien Certificate
A MLC must be requested in writing, with current owner(s), address(s) and parcel id number(s) included in the request.
Please also included an email address in your request, so if any questions arise we can reach out to you before processing.
If known, please also include the approximate date of closing, for interest calculation purposes.
The MLC processing fee is $50.00 per parcel id.
A Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope is also required.
